The Caterpillar Incident

I really cannot recall why, one morning, a few of the students of the class of 6eme2 had the bright idea to lay a caterpillar on the seat of Mr. Lerebours. He was our second English teacher that year, a rather cool guy. Maybe it was some kind of retaliation for something he did. I don’t know for sure.
Almost every one was aware of the setup. I said to myself : ‘there’s no way this thing is going to work’. How can someone get to a chair and take a seat without seeing what’s on the seat? No way! But, guess what? Way! My man walked straight to the chair and sat right on the humongous worm.
Squish! I heard and felt it! Wow… Silence… Mr Lerebours pulled out an impeccably white handkerchief and wiped the green messy slime out of his… butt(?) Dis-frigging-gusting!
He threw the handkerchief into the garbage basket. He did show some disapointement, but did not go into any sort of rage as a normal person would. I felt bad about the whole incident.
I don’t remember what kind of punishment we got for this prank, but we surely did get something from the school’s superiors.
